At Lu7ech we specialize in building and advising on computer equipment designed for real people: gamers, content creators, designers, students and professionals who need a PC that lives up to what they do every day.
We do not sell “just another PC”, but configurations designed for each type of use, explained in clear language, without unnecessary technicalities and with support before and after the purchase.
How it all started
Lu7ech was born after years of informally building PCs for friends, colleagues and clients. What started as a hobby—choosing parts, optimizing settings, testing games and programs—became a way to help others have better equipment, without paying extra.
Over time we saw that many people feel lost between brands, models and acronyms. That’s why we decided to transform that experience into a store where the focus is not only on the hardware, but on first listening to what you need and then recommending a PC.

How we work
Every recommendation we make has a key question behind it:
“What are you going to use the PC for?”
From there we analyze:
What programs or games do you use?
What monitor do you have (or plan to have).
What is your approximate budget?
If you are looking for something for today or a configuration with room for growth in the future.
With that information we build balanced PCs, where each component makes sense within the whole. We prefer to tell you when something doesn’t suit you rather than sell you a PC with parts that you won’t use.
At Lu7ech we are committed to:
Offer you transparent information, without fine print.
Explain the differences between one configuration and another so you can decide with confidence.
Deliver tested and ready-to-use equipment, with the basic configurations already resolved.
Accompany you with basic after-sales support, so you can get the most out of your purchase.
In short, we want you to feel that at Lu7ech you not only bought a machine, but that you found a team that understands you and helps you choose better.

FAQ
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. At Lu7ech we ship throughout the country through mail and private transport. Cost and delivery time depend on your location and are calculated at the time of purchase or when arranging shipping.
Are the PCs delivered assembled and ready to use?
Yes. All assembled PCs are delivered with the hardware installed, tested and with cable management completed. If you contract the installation of the operating system, you also receive it with Windows and drivers ready, so you just have to plug it in and use it.
Can I order a custom PC to suit me?
Completely. You can write to us from the Contact Us section telling us what you are going to use the PC for, what budget you have and what monitor you use. With that information we put together one or more custom PC proposals and we explain the differences between each configuration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, Mercado Pago and credit cards according to current promotions. In some cases we may also offer special payment plans or transfer discounts.
Do you have any discounts for bank transfers?
Yes. On many products we offer a special discount paying by direct bank transfer. The benefit and payment instructions are displayed when you choose this method at checkout.
What warranty do PCs and components have?
All products have an official warranty from the manufacturer and/or distributor. The duration varies depending on each component (for example, 12, 24 or 36 months). If you have any problem, contact us and we will guide you through the warranty process.
Can I pick up my purchase in person?
Yes, in some cases you can pick up in person by previously coordinating the day and time. The care is provided in La Plata, Buenos Aires. Before coming, we ask that you write to us to confirm that the product is ready for collection.
Do they install programs like Office, Adobe or games?
We can help you with the installation of Windows and drivers. The rest of the software (Office, Adobe, games, etc.) is installed only if the client has the corresponding licenses. If you need it, we can guide you on requirements and good installation practices.
What happens if a product arrives damaged or defective?
If the package arrives beaten or opened, we recommend taking photos and leaving a record with the transport before receiving it. Then, write to us within the first 24 hours with the order number and images and we will help you manage the claim or warranty as appropriate.
Do you offer technical support or help after the purchase?
Yes. We offer basic after-sales support, especially for PCs built by Lu7ech: questions about initial configuration, driver updates and recommendations for the proper use of the equipment. For other more advanced problems, we can guide you or quote additional technical service.
